Indeed, no knowing and particularly whether they are happy to sit at wherever they land (%) without further desire to own it all. Lack of liquidity and insto demand would be a big hit given the time it took to build the register.
What we do know is they can control the board (read: future dividends) and with met coal pricing falling recently, margins could compress and reduce development optionality. all things considered, near term share price outlook in my view has more downside risk than upside post the takeover premium falling away. Longer term .... crystal balling?
