So AFS may decide to either update the existing plan or create a new one, with a broader distribution of incentives across more employees?
Usual move from mid size business to one being owned by a massive one, a tidy up on governance being the focus on ensuring that the incentive structure is broad and not disproportionately benefiting a small group of individuals, including directors...
