I totally agree. No company is run by one person. All directions taken must (Should) have been passed across the board and if not, why not? I am sure they were aware of the concern for some time.
Perhaps they were waiting for the Xmas Fairy to descend upon the board room and give wisdom.
The only thing TON has given me is Heartburn.
