I noticed Section 1(d) it says a new prospectus will be lodged...

I noticed Section 1(d) it says a new prospectus will be lodged shortly with an update on the companies operations, risk factors, revised offer structure, capital structure and proposed use of funds.

Can anyone decipher this? Is Cicero or Walker gonna underwrite the raising, or is it just changing a few technicalities because they need to raise more money than the orginal prospectus , therefore capital structure will be more diluted.
