I infer that the shortfall offers are going to be playing a major part in this getting off the ground. Most likely to come from Directors concerned about further scrutiny. I wonder how much of the entitlement offer will be taken up by Mr Ottaviano and Mr Davidson. If I were a betting man I would say zero, zilch, nadda, none, niente, null.
