I wonder how much longer this demerger is going to be left to drag out while they await PRC approval, in the mean time it would be nice to see a heads up from the board to shareholders as to what is causing the delays and if they have any contingency plans.
With this approval issue, still no ATO demerger relief announcement and no audited accounts being available at the time it underlines the undue haste in which the demerger was announced and approved through the EGM process. IHMO it would be good to see it pulled, look at the sp history since the announcement for evidence of the market response.
