I might be wrong but I think you guys are misunderstanding it.
there is a second supplementary prospectus that has been lodged with ASIC (but not yet on the ASX release platform)
the new prospectus invalidates the old prospectus because I gather it has a restructured deal. (likely in CRL holders favour). so monies have to be refunded and reapplied because the deal is substantially different.
