Voting YES only because I can't see there being any true progress with this BOD and the uncertainty of trying to remove them and implementing a better BOD/leadership team may still take years to see any progress. In that time-frame we are going to be severely diluted despite all their empty promises. Constant CR just to keep this ship from sinking.
