Voting YES only because I can't see there being any true progress with this BOD and the uncertainty of trying to remove them and implementing a better BOD/leadership team may still take years to see any progress. In that time-frame we are going to be severely diluted despite all their empty promises. Constant CR just to keep this ship from sinking.
Promises don't keep the lights on.
The revenue we generate is lacklustre at best. Time to sort it out.
