    It makes one wonder, and then speculate (it does me, at least) that whatever incentive/deal/package/promise/carrot was dangled in front of them by Pfizer must have been great enough that all their instincts, bar greed were chased out of them and long term memory went along too. Greed is, after all, one of the biggest drivers of human behaviour. So in my opinion, the bod stopped caring about anything (including OUR company) and especially us measly shareholders who have kept them employed, gifted them copious amounts of shares/share options (for what I'll never know) and believed their presentations and spruiking about the technology and its potential, which I still do of course. So we're still voting no until Pfizer (and the bod for all the good they are to us) go! imo and all the best to all of us
