A big Vote No from me for the same reasons -


BOD have been a disgrace and should be investigated. One wonders if any criminality has occurred and certainly wonders about the ethics of some board members. What a disgrace. I will never invest in a start up again seeing how shareholders are obviously just a means to an end. Karma is a bitch and I feel Tony is open to his share of it / not for me to decide.
