funny you mentioned that large bold font sentence-I'd just taken a screenshot of it and was about to write my thoughts on it but you beat me to it: To me it sounded a little desperate, and I read the unwritten end of it as "(vote in favour) so we can keep our jobs/pull the ripchord of our parachute (of the golden kind)". Surely they know by now that should the no vote get up, they won't be in their current positions for much longer. I also scoffed at their audacity to call themselves 'our' directors rather than the bod of rap. They ceased to be 'our' directors when they ceased representing our best interests. Regardless of the reason for adding the info about their ability to raise funds if/when necessary, it's there in black and white now, so anyone who cares to read the scheme booklet/amended booklet/oh wait the court ordered supplementary booklet etc can no longer say that without Pfizer, rap will be delisted (big lol). All imo and best of luck to all of us
