What about if everyone votes NO and the shareholders get control of the company
AlCp could be the new chairman as he seems to have a wide knowledge of all RAP developments.
Shareholders could then have an open vote for the board from all those wanting to put their hand up.
$20m could then be raised via a massive CR issuing billions of shares.
All set
.......but who is going to develop the technology and keep a check on the fees and spending?....
