I suppose that this whole episode indicates that the directors of CEN are indeed alive and will move if jolted by a high voltage shock.
The takeover to me seems like handing over control and management for no premium, and allowing MM to assign product to any old offtake partners at their terms - oh my gosh - it could even be an associated co. wouldn't that be a turn up.
