Yes you are right on both counts: Board recommends Iberdrola. The book table of substantial shareholders says TCI 33.1% and Iberdrola 20% as on Last Trading date prior to offer. Then there is a tiny footnote (well spotted!) that says " in respect of SS held by TCI arising under prebid purchase agreement"
So yeah only 20% total so far.
