Absolutely. MC is the key number here. Investors should look at future MC, instead of price per share, and act accordingly.
The SP will not move until the catalysts hit. Those that wanted the stock are locked and loaded, and now its only dribs and drabs and market makers that are picking up a few here and there.

SP Catalysts here will be capital return or dividend via partial sell down of their assets, or outright take over.
Oh and lets not forget, the company has cash...they can look for more oil.
