re: Ann: Second Tranche of Share Placement to... The two issues to him we're part of the original deal, he gets more on top if he succeeds in getting the share price to $1 and $1.20 for at least a month on both exchanges.
I wouldn't take this announcement to mean anything except they've completed the actually issuing of the shares that they said they would.
I know we all want to know whats happening, but I can't see us getting any announcements until something actually happens, ie agreement, meetings (maybe?), court etc.
