Hartleys have bought nearly 200 million net over the last month at 0.002 - I doubt they would be buying on market if they knew a credit raise was coming. They seem a pretty switched on Broker House in my opinion.
I saw a lot of big buying also today at 0.002 - I think we may be getting close until we start to see 0.0025 and 0.003 being hit soon
Interesting couple of months here - these oilers can indeed get crazy with any sort of a sniff!
