To be honest I don't understand what this is all about but seems an oversight somewhere. Far as I can make-out the placement holders are unable to trade their shares due non-timely paperwork , but I may be wrong. Should not the role of a Company Secretary be to check all compliances, although not laying any blame there as I'm not fully understanding what the f**k is going on. Whatever, its not a great look, but does not detract from the business as such
