Ann: Secondary Trading Notice-RMX.AX, page-5

Hopefully ASIC is looking at this. I'd be pretty sure the requisitioners would have it on their radar. Since the notice of meeting was issued they have issued 164mill contractor shares and today another 50 mill. On the day that the proxies closed - why??. If this vote is close and the contractor shares made the difference, and the parties who got those shares voted 'Against', well we could possibly be in for a very interesting time. Lets see how the votes fall. All will be revealed on Friday.
