tedroo...from the 3b there are 40 more notes each worth $50k....
they gave us the cash when we needed it and can convert each IOU note when they want at a discount to current sp. or if they havn't converted them by the end date next year sometime then CKK has to payout the cash.
works well in a happy market....but in a sad market they can keep selling some of what they get to depress the sp and us.....

hopefully no problems with newcrest job and sp will take off to where it should be
