remembered from recent CR, JD mentioned around $15k was to pay for SS, so this confirms the deal 0.029 was done today and they opt to get shares instead of cash, specially opps attached. I bet they would have taken the money instead if they knew this was a duster, specially looking at current share price.
you will also noticed they will convert opps asap
