On 23 June 2014, following the approval of shareholders, Talga Resources Limited (ASX:TLG) ("Talga" or "the Company") issued 4,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at an issue price of $0.37 per share to the Managing Director, Mark Thompson under the Talga Management Incentive Equity Plan ("the Plan"). A loan of $1,480,000 was provided to Mr Thompson under the Plan to fund the subscription of the shares in accordance with the terms of the Plan rules.
