If you look at last years annual report there were performance rights issued to directors. I think there was more than 500,000 performance rights to the chairman, BD and Alan Thom.

If I was guessing, I would say they were for the resource. I think on memory options were issued @ 14.

If they were issued to the chairman or BD, then a director notice will need to be lodged.

If not then they were for Alan Thom, who will probably sell on market.
