Nonorganic growth is to merge with another company or Aquire another company , so I chose merger so any payment could be cash , shares , or options , in this case they are settling differences in options excesisable @ 20 c that’s the way I’m reading it ...but as I said before it’s only what I can see , another point a merger could result in quick Growth ...
