I assume that the 288k guy is Rui Filip Quintal de Almeida. Interesting cat. Reminds me of Jacki Chen profile wise. In any case he got parachuted in as 'Head of Sales and Operations" in Latin America.

He joined a couple of months ago. Came over from Riba. He has been and still is VP of some pretty influential(?) advisory bodies as well.

If it is him, I figure it is to do with making it thru the 'Probationary/"Is this gonna work?" period. I also see it as an indication that the "Brazil" JV is progressing and/or news is about to 'drop'.

Brown, re the rest to "employees for efforts" I will hope your reasoning is correct but I think it is more likely to keep the troops happy and loyal. Chinese manufacturing firms can lose 30% + of their employees post the 'annual family reunion migration' after Chinese New Year. This year would have been especially tricky given it has been 3 years.

So I expect the results to 'be in line' with what has been predicted here to date. The question mark is over whether they 'treat' the Greenmo stuff in the 23 year or the 22 year (leaning towards the 23) and if so then a more or less 'neutral' result in 22 and hopefully a growth spurt in 23 / 24.
