Actually I'm just trying to explain the link behind the proposed deal structure and the subsequent price action. The irony of comments like yours here is it reminds me of 22/23 when I was casting serious doubts over the company's ability to fund the capex in a non-dilutive manner. Unfortunately HotCopper doesn't seem to lend itself to robust stock discussion, which, when done properly can make many people far more aware of the many pitfalls of junior mining.
The only real winner out of this ongoing debacle is Acuity, who I'm sure are very thankful for the 5,700,000 shares they were just issued at $0.101.
