Clearly the biggest risk for management at the moment is that an offer like this (and Energy X) gets even remotely considered by shareholders.
As much as we've all picked the errors in their ways, the one thing you can't say is they lack commitment to the cause. 40M shares between them and $3M tipped in over the last year (for a ~70% loss mind you), the board are pretty much all in on this one.
A cheap TO at this stage of the project would be an absolute disaster.
