Although the board of management are incompetent like no tomorrow, this was too good of an opportunity to pass up imo. Easy money to be made imo to be honest, bought 200k units at 11.5 cents on market open. Once this digests more in the market, people will realise how undervalued this company is, especially on a 100% private market equity basis (just like this offer received). The advisors are thinking once the offtakers are in place, the company is technically worth more from a valuation perspective, I would agree but the sooner this is sold the better. I just find it hilarious that management would slip this into a secondary trading notice, lucky I have been watching this like a hawk. I am surprised ASX didn’t put them into trading halt. Agree that the offtakes would want to go through otherwise management have left them exposed to sharheolder litigation. Cheers, CP.
