It is in play now...I don't know how people can say it was not a real offer? While non-binding it was going to be cash, it involved from an over $7 billion US company and an automaker. Having said that I don't know why they both wouldn't start purchasing on-market at this much lower price. When is the next AGM, these fools need to be voted out. I don't know how they can speak for the good of all shareholders that they rejected it. There needs to be some type of communication from management to explain to all shareholders some who may have bought in at recent prices that a 200% profit on their purchases is not in their best interests.
