Anyone confused by the (lack of) price action, remember this is essentially an offer at an asset level, not at a company level. In other words, if successful, Galan management would hand over HMW and Candelas and be given US$150M cash in return. They'd be cashed up and left with some dirt patches in WA and Canada. Would you trust this management team to be good custodians of that sort of capital? Are you confident that capital would make its way to shareholders?
