Well if it came before the last capital raising, and they didn't announce it, it speaks to the competence of the board.
Also, I'm interested that there was no hint of an offer in terms of price and volume action.
I'm not sure why they sat on this information, rather than singing it from the rafters.
Very odd behaviour for a company in financial dire straits.
Perhaps they have already signed some tentative agreement with another party???
