I have just taken a position at 14. My reasoning is I believe the ASX will issue them an aware letter probing for details as to when/how etc. It will force the company to be a bit more transparent on this... which will raise awareness and likely result in the market revaluing them as they would have if the board made a proper announcement on this rather than burying it discretely in another announcement.
very odd behavior by the board.. but perhaps part of a negotiation ploy to get a better offer price again by being extremely dismissive and unexcited by it.
