i dont know this board well... but there is no way they just reject this offer the way they state they have.... unless very confident of where the money is going to come from for the short term. Imagine they reject it and can't get the offtake or decent funding... they would open themselves up for negligence action by holders for not entertaining the offer (at 3 times current market cap). No board will take that path lightly.
