the board might be poor... but you can bet they are self interested - and clearly accepting that offer would put enough money in the coffers for them to cruise on as is for years. But they haven't. Which says to me they know they can get more if they reject it, or have another path they think will look after them more than this one (which must be good).
The market was clearly pricing in some danger of running out of money and/or options... so you would think the rise on what has been disclosed today simply has to be more than has happened so far. I am calling 20s in the next day and much more if they can get a second offer or do an offtake deal. Money to be made here in a very very tough market
