    If they lodge a direct offer to shareholders would probably be much easier...

    USD 450mil to USD 650mil should seal the deal.

    With Phase 2 Permits they just need to throw in another USD 350mil to get 21ktpa of LiCl... Revenue of close to USD 150mil (assuming USD 10,000 x 72% for LiCl price)

    At LCE prices which half of the producers around the world are operating at a LOSS...
