As announced to the market on 28 May 2025, the Company is in the process of recruiting a CEO of the BNPL division (USA) to lead the USA expansion. The Company remains in active discussions with numerous highly experienced candidates who reside in USA and work for major BNPL industry players. The Company is still conducting late-stage interviews; the process is ongoing. The Company is endeavouring to have completed this process by end of financial year. However, this timetable may be subject to change based on numerous factors such as the ultimate candidate’s notice period and other factors.
