    I seriously don't understand this price drop... there must be a lot of people in Aus right now who need money... maybe they are worried about their mortgage payments, perhaps they have watched their portfolio worth decline significantly and are on tilt, perhaps they've found a better oppurtunity (hard to believe in this market).

    Got me thinking now, where can I free up equity? These basement prices surely won't last.
