Dutton has come out yesterday and said if elected he will overturn the decision.
If that was a certainty that the LNP would be elected next year, this would be the best outcome for Regis. Market fears of imminent capital raise are gone, and regis is forced to build cash for a year then can re-assess.
unfortunately not sure regis can or should pour more money into McP while waiting for potential of a political decision. This is not how business should be done in Australia, but it appears to be what it is lately.
