I don’t think this assessment is correct. Price has been down because the market doubted management could get McP done. That’s been proven and now the share price is flat after a brief “sell the news”.
Yes, there are cheap juniors but nothing ready to go. Not in Australia.
And nothing is going to fix the the market doesn’t believe RRL has executed anything well under current management.
