I hope Ministers can be personally implicated if found to have caused massive damages. This is very disappointing for shareholders who had a slither of hope that McPhillamy's would go forward, given the go-ahead from the Government. Hopefully, the Regis board doesn't succumb to the Sunk-cost fallacy. The government seems to surprise businesses with new bureaucracy every other day.
