restarting approval process from scratch (with no prospect youd be successful this time) is dead on arrival imo. But i also dont want this dragged through courts at a prohibitive cost to already flogged shareholders.
heritage laws have swung too far, too secretive, too powerful and too dismissive of other indigenous groups. the entire thing is a mess. absolute insanity this can be shot after a decade and all other state and federal approvals.
