Just sue for compensation and sell the mine back to the NSW.
This is their decision and they should pay for their decisions.
The land value, the costs od design and all the work RRL has put in to be told nope.
If they get back $100M it would be better than holding nothing. The NSW can go and give the land back to the natives. Everybody wins.
