    May 9, 2016 The Company Announcements Platform Australian Securities Exchange Exchange Centre 20 Bond Street SYDNEY NSW 2000 NOTICE RECEIVED UNDER SECTION 203D OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT Condor Blanco Mines Limited (ASX: CDB, Condor, the Company) advises that it has received a notice from Mr Joshua Barry Farquhar, Malcora Pty Ltd, Infilsec Pty Ltd and Taipan Investment Management Pty Ltd (Applicants) under section 203D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) of their intention to move resolutions at a meeting of Condor members convened under section 249D of the Corporations Act to: (a) remove and replace all current directors of Condor Blanco Mines Limited The Applicants together currently have voting power in excess of 5% of the Company. At this stage, the Company is confirming the validity of the notice and will update the market as soon as confirmation is received. Under section 203D of the Corporations Act, at least 2 months notice must be given of any intention to move a resolution to remove a director of a public company.
