• The future of 14D as I see it. This is how in my experience these things always pan out.
• The current 249D effort to remove KM will be successful.
• KM will try again to get himself in, but that will be unsuccessful.
• As a fallback KM will start a directly competing enterprise. That will be unsuccessful.
• The 14D commercial deals will wane. The technology will slip behind competing technologies. The share price will persist downwards.
• Fund raising efforts will be dismal and the company will be under financial stress.
• 14D will be acquired for a song, probably as a reverse listing shell, and shareholders investments will amount to little.
• None of the current directors will be seen in listed board positions again.
• Of course no one can actually see the future, this is my speculation only.
