I too am highly suspicious of your identity.

And your conclusion that the company is more valuable without GC doesn't bear scrutiny and is frankly sketchy.

Firstly its a big ask to get the numbers required to overthrow the current CEO. And when there has been no plan announced as to who might replace him or why they want him replaced you are drawing an awfully long bow. He seems very well liked by the advisers who may not take kindly to the tactics you seem to be supporting.

But its also possible if not likely that an end result of this is that the company will pay out more of its cash holdings hence shareholder and the market are buying the stock
