You clearly know the industry well, the backgroumd of it, at any rate, so hat tip to you. But why the agitation which has come at a gallop in recent times? It's kind of like Chinese whispers. At least I have made my position known which is qualified because we really don't know what the 5% want or propose. What do you actually want to happen - exactly - and why? Although, I don't think we need bother with Inspector Cleauseu of the French Surete to work it out. I am open to a very constructive case of why you would advocate change and specifically why a new team (whoever they are) would do a better job.
