    I would be shocked if every current shareholder didn’t support this move with their upcoming vote...

    From what I understand... you need a certain % of shareholders to pull this current move (which obviously they do (the three shareholders).
    Then they need the support of the majority of shareholders to vote out Alex, then also the support to vote in 4 new directors (essentially this is a legal coup)... the 3 shareholders will likely pay for the meeting and all the letters sent out to current shareholders, usually accompanied by a proposal that will outline a vision and some sort of direction out of this mess...
    If all goes well they will need to raise a significant sum, refine the feasibility, and get on with the job of mining...
    hopefully under new management, confidence will be instilled and shareholders will have the Opputunity to support a CR to minimise dilution or just hang on for the ride. This is better then going into administration.

    I’ve seen a few of these play out over the years... this is a little hope for shareholders.
    I’ve been waiting for the announcement where the receivers had been appointed. This is much better then that!
