    I contacted Metals bfore the last AGM and asked why they would not vote against the renumeration report and try to remove the BoD.

    I think it will happen.

    IMO the argument "that the requisition notice does not comply with the requirements of the Company’s constitution and the Corporations Act relating to the removal of Directors" will - even if valid - eventually be overcome.
