It would be reasonable that they will be contacting shareholders.
Re; litigation by ASIC - hopeless
They are toothless paper tigers, sorry ASIC, you are like ICAC and all the rest of the corruption watch dogs. Underfunded and usually governed by ex corporate/ cops.
